Returning Goods to Fitmag

The goods should be checked on reciept, any items deemed to be missing or faulty should be notified to us within 72 hours of reciept. Notification after this period may effect your right of return at the desretion of Fitmag. Please call us if you are unsure about these terms. The customer must contact fitmag before returning any item and also obtain a returns number.Tel: 01604 791478 or email sales@fitmag.co.uk , we will advise on the method of return. Items damaged due to material failure, within the guarantee period, will be exchanged. All items should be returned
complete and in there original packaging.

Refunds

Full or partial refunds will only be made to the customer for returned goods. Refunds will only be made once the goods have been received according to our returns policy, stated above.

Damages and Shortages

All deliveries are made with an itemised delivery note / invoice. Please ensure that you only sign for the correct amount of products you are receiving and mark 'damaged' where appropriate.

Delivery .

Delivery is expected within three working days. Please be aware, when ordering over public or bank holidays, this can extend your delivery time by up to 1/2 days. Out of stock items will be despatched imediately they become available. Customers will be advised of any undue delay. 24 hour delivery is available - please enquire.

Delivery Rates

Shipping is automatically calculated when items are added to the cart. The following is a guide to delivery charges:
Smaller items such as single tubes or bands etc, will be charged at £2.50. Shipping increases according to the weight, size or quantity of the item. The maximum you will pay is £3.25, for larger orders, mostly wholesale.
The average shipping cost for a mixed order or larger kit is £3.25. The total cost of the order will be displayed at the very beginning of the order process, as you are adding products to the cart. Commercial orders will be notified in
writing to the customer prior to despatch.

Product variation

Please note; Some variation may occur in the product dimension between identical product. this is due to the
nature of the material (Natural rubber). This will not effect the quality of the product or its function.
